Travel Itinerary

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date

Arrive at Bangkok International Airport and transfer to Pattaya hotel. Later enjoy an exciting Coral Island tour featuring water sports, beach relaxation, snorkelling, and marine exploration. In the evening, experience the spectacular Tiffany’s Show Pattaya, a world-famous cabaret performance. Overnight stay in Pattaya.

After breakfast, transfer to Bangkok and check in to hotel. Later enjoy a city tour visiting iconic temples including Wat Traimit and Wat Benchamabophit, known for their architecture and spiritual significance. Overnight stay in Bangkok.

After breakfast, transfer to airport and fly to Singapore. On arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, transfer to hotel in Little India Singapore. Evening visit to Night Safari Singapore, the world’s first nocturnal zoo with tram rides and wildlife trails. Overnight stay in Singapore.

Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy a half-day city tour including Merlion Park, Thian Hock Keng Temple, Chinatown and Little India. Later visit Gardens by the Bay featuring the Flower Dome and Supertree Observatory with panoramic city views. Overnight stay in Singapore.

Breakfast at hotel. Day free for shopping, optional attractions, or independent exploration. Overnight stay in Singapore.

Refund Policy for Tour Bodies

At Tour Bodies, we strive to provide clear and transparent guidelines on refunds in the event of cancellations. Please read the following policy to understand how refunds are processed for different components of your tour package.

Refunds for Flight Tickets

  • No Refund on Flight Tickets: If your package includes a flight ticket, no refund will be provided for the flight portion through Tour Bodies. Once issued, flight tickets are non-refundable through us.

  • Liaison with Airlines: If you wish to pursue a refund for your flight, you will need to contact the airline directly. Please note that any refunds are subject to the airline’s refund policies and fare rules.

Refunds for Other Package Elements

Refunds for the remaining elements of your package (excluding flights) are processed as follows:

  • 30 Days or More Prior to Departure: A cancellation charge of 25% of the total package cost will apply.
  • 15 to 29 Days Prior to Departure: A cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost will apply.
  • 7 to 14 Days Prior to Departure: A cancellation charge of 75% of the total package cost will apply.
  • Less than 7 Days Prior to Departure: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date.

Note: The day of cancellation and the day of the tour/service are not included in the notice period calculation.

Refund Process

  • Original Mode of Payment: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Multiple Payment Methods: If multiple payment methods were used, the refund will be processed to the first payment method utilized.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Payment Terms Overview

Tour Bodies ensures a seamless, secure, and flexible payment process to confirm your travel bookings. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Based on the tour package you choose, a deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking. Timely payments are crucial to maintaining your reservation.

  • Late Payments: May result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of any deposits.

All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay, ensuring your payment data is encrypted and protected throughout the transaction. Any card payments may be subject to an additional convenience fee of 1.8%.

Deposit and Final Payment

For multi-day tours, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The remaining balance must be paid 30-60 days before the tour departure.

For one-day trips or shorter tours, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Failure to make the final payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

  • One-day or shorter tours: Full payment is required upon booking.
Late Payments

If full payment is not received 10 days prior to the tour date, your booking will be treated as Cancellation by Customer, and cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy.

Price Changes and Currency Fluctuations
  • Fixed Prices: Once your booking is confirmed, the tour price is locked in and will not change, providing peace of mind regarding your travel costs.
  • Currency Fluctuations & Additional Taxes: Before confirmation, prices may change due to external factors such as currency fluctuations, new taxes, or vendor fees. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately, providing options for either an adjustment in payment or the option to cancel with a refund.
Secure Payment Processing

Tour Bodies prioritizes the security of your transactions. All payments are processed through industry-standard secure gateways, with encryption ensuring your financial information remains protected.

Your financial details are never stored beyond the necessary payment processing phase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges are applied based on the number of days prior to departure:

  • 0-15 Days: 100% of the total tour cost
  • 15-45 Days: 70% of the total tour cost
  • 46-75 Days: 50% of the total tour cost
  • More than 76 Days: 30% of the total tour cost
Additional Information

Some tours or payment methods may incur additional fees, which will be clearly mentioned during the booking process. Payment can be made via Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit/Credit Cards, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS. Please note that card payments will incur a 1.8% convenience fee.
