Payment Terms Overview

Tour Bodies ensures a seamless, secure, and flexible payment process to confirm your travel bookings. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Based on the tour package you choose, a deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking. Timely payments are crucial to maintaining your reservation.

Payment Methods

We accept several secure and convenient payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • UPI (Unified Payment Interface)
  • Net Banking

All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay, ensuring your payment data is encrypted and protected throughout the transaction. Any card payments may be subject to an additional convenience fee of 1.8%.

Deposit and Final Payment

For multi-day tours, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The remaining balance must be paid 30-60 days before the tour departure.

For one-day trips or shorter tours, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Failure to make the final payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

  • Multi-day tours: Full payment must be made 10 days before departure unless otherwise stated.
  • One-day or shorter tours: Full payment is required upon booking.
Late Payments

If full payment is not received 10 days prior to the tour date, your booking will be treated as Cancellation by Customer, and cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy.

Price Changes and Currency Fluctuations
  • Fixed Prices: Once your booking is confirmed, the tour price is locked in and will not change, providing peace of mind regarding your travel costs.
  • Currency Fluctuations & Additional Taxes: Before confirmation, prices may change due to external factors such as currency fluctuations, new taxes, or vendor fees. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately, providing options for either an adjustment in payment or the option to cancel with a refund.
Secure Payment Processing

Tour Bodies prioritizes the security of your transactions. All payments are processed through industry-standard secure gateways, with encryption ensuring your financial information remains protected.

Your financial details are never stored beyond the necessary payment processing phase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges are applied based on the number of days prior to departure:

  • 0-15 Days: 100% of the total tour cost
  • 15-45 Days: 70% of the total tour cost
  • 46-75 Days: 50% of the total tour cost
  • More than 76 Days: 30% of the total tour cost

Additional Information

Some tours or payment methods may incur additional fees, which will be clearly mentioned during the booking process. Payment can be made via Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit/Credit Cards, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS. Please note that card payments will incur a 1.8% convenience fee.
